The Jalsa Salana Qadian of 1903 was held on 26 and 27 December 1903, at the Aqsa Mosque.
The guests had already arrived on 25 December, so Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) instructed Mian Najamuddin Sahib, who oversaw the responsibilities of the Langar Khana, that there were many guests, some of whom he knew personally and others he did not. Thus, Hazrat Ahmad (as) said that it would be best to serve them all with the utmost respect.
Huzoor (as) further stated that as it was the winter season, they should be served with tea and none of them should feel uncomfortable in any way. He instructed him to arrange for wood or coal in case someone felt cold. (Malfuzat, Vol. 3, p. 492)
On 26 December, after the Zuhr prayer, Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) delivered a speech in the Aqsa Mosque, in which he narrated the purpose of the establishment of Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya. Moreover, he mentioned the martyrdom of Hazrat Sahibzada Abdul Latif (ra). Huzoor (as) gave some advice to the Jamaat as well.
On 27 December, Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Ahsan Amrohi read out his book, Sirr-ul-Shahadatain Fi Bayan Zabah Shaatain.
On 27 December, Hazrat Ahmad (as) delivered another speech.
