Mirza Khuda Bakhsh son of  Mirza Murad Bakhsh was born in 1859, Jhang. He took Bai’at on 24 March 1889, and in the Bai’at Register, his number is 94.

After the demise of Hazrat Khalifatul Masih I (ra), Mirza Khuda Bakhsh deviated from the right path and joined the Anjuman Ishaat-e-Islam-Lahore.

He passed away on 4 April 1938.
