Hazrat Munshi Muhammad Ali (ra) of Jalalpur Jattan, Gujrat was widely known as a Sufi.

He worked as a clerk at the railway examiner office. He was one of the earliest to take the pledge and amongst the 313 companions of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as). His name has been mentioned at number 112 in Aina-e-Kamalat-e-Islam for participating in the Jalsa of 1892. Further implying that he had already taken the pledge of allegiance by then. Hazrat Munshi Muhammad Ali’s (ra) name has also been engraved into the Minarat-ul-Masih.
