Hazrat Munshi Maula Bakhsh (ra) was the paternal uncle of Hazrat Sheikh Yaqub Ali Irfani (ra), editor Al-Hakam. He lived in a village near Ludhiana. He worked as a clerk at the railway examiner office for some time.

He is numbered 228 in the Bai'at Register and was amongst the 313 companions of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as). He published numerous leaflets after the fulfilment of Lekh Ram's prophecy and wrote:

“If any other Arya was to step forward, in fulfilment of prayers or Mubahila (prayer duel), they would meet a similar faith”.
