Hazrat Bu Zainab Begum was the daughter of Hazrat Nawab Muhammad Ali Khan (ra) from his first wife, Bu Amatul Hameed Begum. She was born on 19 May 1893.

Her nikah with Hazrat Mirza Sharif Ahmad (ra) took place on 15 November 1906, and the marriage on 9 May 1909.
