Hazrat Dr Mir Muhammad Ismail (ra) was the brother-in-Law of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as), son of Hazrat Mir Nasir Nawab (ra) and brother of Hazrat Syeda Nusrat Jehan Begum (ra). He was born on 18 July 1881.

He wrote many articles and poetry as well. The collection of his poetry is published as "Bukhar-e-Dil".

He passed away on 18 July 1947, at the age of 66.
