Hazrat Pir Siraj-ul-Haq Naumani (ra), was a companion of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as). His father's name was Shah Habib-ur-Rahman. He belonged to Sarsawah District Saharanpur. He belonged to a family in which many Auliya-Allah (saints/friends of Allah) have come to, and his family tree links to Hazrat Imam Abu Hanifa (rh). His actual name was Naumani, so Hazrat Pir Siraj-ul-Haq (ra) also got that name as well. He was born in approximately 1855, and at his birth his father named him Naseeruddin, but later changed to Siraj-ul-Haq.

He pledged allegiance to Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) on 23 December 1889, and then permanently shifted to Qadian, India.

He passed away on 3 January 1935.
