Qureshi Muhammad Hanif Qamar, also known as Cycle Sayyah (Bicycle Tourist) was a devout member of the Ahmadiyya Muslim community, who had great passion for preaching the message of Islam Ahmadiyyat.

He was born in 1895 and  accepted Ahmadiyyat on 1 March 1919. 

In 1923, when Hazrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmud Ahmad (ra), Khalifatul Masih II, initiated a movement for preaching to the Malkana people of the Uttar Pardesh, many sincere members of the Jamaat responded to his call, including Qureshi Muhammad Hanif Qamar. He had only two paisas (pennies) in his pocket at that time, but he had immense trust on Allah and passion for preaching, and travelled 10,000 miles to invite people towards the beautiful teachings of Islam.

From 1923 to 1980, he travelled a distance of more than 55,000 miles on bicycle, and spread the message of Islam Ahmadiyyat in the areas of Uttar Pardesh, C.P., Udisha, Bihar, Bengal, Punjab, Sarhad (now Khyber Pakhtunkhwa), and Azad Kashmir.

His Wasiyyat number was 5946. He passed away on 23 July 1983, and was buried in Bahishti Maqbarah Rabwah.
