Born in Qadian in 1911 where he acquired his early education before moving on for further education at Government College, Lahore (now Government College University).

He got married to Syeda Nasira Begum Saheba (daughter of Hazrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmud Ahmad r.a.) on 2 July 1934.

He visited England in his youth and remained there for a short period of time for training in various technical fields.

During his long career as a humble and devoted servant of the Jamaat, he served as Naib Sadr, besides serving in capacity of different other departments of Majlis Khudam ul Ahmadiyya. In Majlis Ansarullah, he was appointed in charge of Tarbiyyat and Sehat-e-Jismani Departments. He also performed his duties during the annual Jalsa Salana as Naib Afsar Jalsa Salana.

In Sadr Anjuman Ahmadiyya, he was appointed Nazir Amoor-e-Aama, Nazir Amoor-e-Kharija, Nazir Zaraat, Nazir Ziafat at different times, and later as Sadr Sadr Anjuman Ahmadiyya.

Hazrat Mirza Mansoor Ahmad Sahib was fortunate enough to render his services in some unique ways for the cause of Islam Ahmadiyya.

One historic aspect of his extended career was his appointment as Nazir e Aala, Amir Muqami, and Sadr Majlis Mushawrat for the longest period.

He was assigned the duties of Amir-e-Muqami around 45 times to discharge this important duty in Markaz in the absence of Khalifatul Masih.

He passed away on 10 December 1997 in Rabwah.

Mirza Abdul Haque sahib led his Janaza prayer in Masjid Aqsa Rabwah and he was buried in Bahishti Maqbara Rabwah.

His sons and daughters carried the legacy forward by serving the Jamaat in various capacities, most notable being Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, the head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat and Khalifatul Masih V.

Mirza Maghfoor Ahmad Saheb is currently the National President of the USA chapter of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat.
