Chaudhry Muhammad Siddiq, former in-charge of Khilafat Library Rabwah, was born in 1915.  In 1906, his father pledged allegiance, while his mother had pledged allegiance before him. In 1935, he got the Maulvi Fazil degree from Punjab University and came third in the whole university. After that, he took admission in Jamia Ahmadiyya, and after graduating from there in 1938, he devoted his life. Then, in 1960 he passed his B.A. and a diploma in library sciences. 

When Arabic classes started in Talim-ul-Islam College in 1964, he was included in the first batch of MA. Arabic, and in Arabic, he came first in the whole university. 

He was also a member of the Ahmadiyya Core, established by Hazrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmud Ahmad (ra) in 1931. 

When the National League was formed in 1934, he was also involved in it. 

He was one of the early members of Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, established in 1938, and was able to serve as the Motamid Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Markaziyyah and editor of The Monthly Khalid. 
On the occasion of migration in 1947, he brought the caravan along with Hazrat Syeda Nusrat Jehan Begum (ra), and the children of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as). 

In 1948, he joined the Furqan Battalion as well. He was also in charge of arranging the tents on the land of Rabwah in 1948 and was able to spend the first night in Rabwah.

He retired as a librarian and passed away on 6 November 2010.
