Sahibzadi Qudsia Begum was born on 20 June 1927 in Qadian.

She was the maternal granddaughter of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as), and the daughter of Hazrat Nawab Amatul Hafeez Begum (ra) and Hazrat Nawab Abdullah Khan (ra). 

After the establishment of Pakistan, she migrated from Qadian, India and came to Lahore, Pakistan.

In 1951, Sahibzadi Qudsia Begum married to Sahibzada Mirza Majeed Ahmad, son of Hazrat Mirza Bashir Ahmad M.A. (ra). Allah the Almighty blessed them with two sons and three daughters. One of her sons, Sahibzada Mirza Ghulam Qadir was martyred on 14 April 1999.

In 1989, she was the Incharge of the Lajna Imaillah's Jubilee Exhibition. 

Many of her articles have been published in the Ahmadiyya Jamaat's newspapers and magazines. 

She passed away on 1 September 2012. Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad (aa), Khalifatul Masih V, mentioned her in his Friday Sermon of 7 September 2012 and led her funeral prayer in absentia.
