Karim Bakhsh, who was known as Bewas Kamla, was an Ahmadi poet, who wrote Punjabi and Saraiki poems. He belonged to Dera Ghazi Khan. In 1992, he also had to face a case due to his faith, which continued for four years.
In 1994, Hazrat Mirza Tahir Ahmad (rh), Khalifatul Masih IV, invited him to the Jalsa UK, where he read out his famous Saraiki poem about the Asiran-e-Raah-e-Maula (Imprisoned in the way of Allah).
He passed away on 23 July 2011. Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad (aa), Khalifatul Masih V, led his funeral prayer on 25 October 2011.
