Mirza Ghulam Qadir SB born in 1828 was the son of Ghulam Murtaza SB and the brother of the Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, the Promised Messiah (as).

Mirza Ghulam Qadir SB was assigned to different governmental posts and was able to look after his father's properties. His notable occupations were, Tehsildar, Deputy inspector, Superintendent of a district, worked in the police department, canal department etc. He provided military aid and received certificates for his endearments on multiple occasions.

The Promised Messiah (as) was foretold about his death; thus, he passed away in 1883 at the age of 55.
