Hazrat Maulana Jalaluddin Shams (ra), was a companion of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as). His father's name was Mian Imamuddin Sekhwani.

He got addmission in Madrassa-e-Ahmadiyya in 1910. He got the degree of Maulvi Faazil at the age of 20 and went to Damascus for preaching Ahmadiyyat on 27 June 1925, along with Hazrat Syed Zainul Abidin Waliullah Shah. On his return, Hazrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmud Ahmad (ra) appointed him as the Incharge Office of the Kashmir Committee. He was posted to England in 1936, where he served until 1946. In 1956, Hazrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmud Ahmad (ra) granted him the title of "Khalid-e-Ahmadiyyat".

He passed away on 13 October 1966.
