Barahin-e-Ahmadiyya is the first book of the Promised Messiah (as), consisting of five parts. The first and second part was published in 1880, the third in 1882, the fourth in 1884 and the fifth in 1905.

In this book, Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as), refuted Brahmo Samaj and Ariya Samaj’s movements. Further, he explained the Holy Quran’s essence and presented irrefutable arguments regarding the prophethood of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him; by also issuing a challenge with a prize of ten thousand rupees for anyone who refutes his arguments.
