During the Anti Aḥmadiyya disturbances of 1934, Allāh the Almighty revealed the Scheme of Taḥrīk-i-Jadīd to Ḥaḍrat Khalīfatul Masīḥ II. In February 1945, Ḥaḍrat Khalīfatul Masīḥ II divided the task of propagation of Aḥmadiyyat, the true Islām, into two parts, which are as follows:

1. Preaching inside India
2. Preaching outside India

And decided that the first part will remain in the domain and responsibility of Ṣadr Anjuman Aḥmadiyya. Whereas, preaching outside India shall be the responsibility of Taḥrīk-i-Jadīd.

Majlis Taḥrīk-i-Jadīd:

The governing body of Taḥrīk-i-Jadīd consists of a Board of Directors which includes Wakula, Additional Wukala and other persons. The Board of Directors is called the Majlis Taḥrīk-i-Jadīd.The head of a department of Taḥrīk-i-Jadīd Anjuman Aḥmadiyya is called a ‘Wakīl / Additional Wakīl’ and his deputy is called a ‘Nā’ib Wakīl’. 

Muḥāsaba Committee (or the Finance and Accounts Committee):

There is a sub-committee of Majlis Taḥrīk-i-Jadīd known as Muḥāsaba Committee (or the Finance and Accounts Committee). it consists of following four members:

i. Wakīlut Tabshīr
ii. Wakīlul Māl III
iii. The Auditor Taḥrīk-i-Jadīd
iv. Wakīlul Māl II (chairman)

Intiẓāmia Committee (or the Administrative Committee):

There is be a sub-committee of Majlis Taḥrīk-i-Jadīd called Intiẓāmia Committee (or the Administrative Committee). Following are the members of this committee:

i. Wakīlud Dīwān (chairman)
ii. Wakīlut Ta‘līm
iii. Wakīl Waqf Nau
iv. Wakīlul Māl III

Other offices and officers of Taḥrīk-i-Jadīd Anuman Ahmadiyya:

  1. Ṣadr (President), Taḥrīk-i-Jadīd Anjuman Aḥmadiyya: Audit
  2. Wakālat ‘Ulyā (Directorate General): Taḥrīk-i-Jadīd policies and rules; elections; appointment and removal of office bearers; national shūrā; complaints against office bearers; interpretation and explanation of rules and regulations.

Proceedings of the Jalsa Sālāna at the Markaz; Compilation of Jamā‘at’s history in different countries.
  7. Wakālat Māl I (Finance-Income): 
  8. Wakālat Māl II (Finance & Waṣāyā): budget; fiscal matters; mūṣiyān
  9. Wakālat Māl III (Finance-Accounts & Properties): movable and Immovable property of Jamā‘at
  10. Wakālat Ta‘līm (Education): Jāmi‘āt Aḥmadiyya (missionary training colleges) and Madārisul Ḥifẓ; education
  11. Wakālat Taṣnīf (Translation of Literatures): translations of the Holy Qur’ān, the Ḥadīth, the books written by the Promised Messiah (peace be upon him) and his successors and the Jamā‘at scholars. Preparation of fresh literature, approval of all the literature prepared by any Aḥmadī or any Jamā‘at (outside India and Pakistan) prior to its publication.
  12. Wakālat Ishā‘at (Publications): publications of Jamā‘at literature
  13. Additional Wakālat Ishā‘at-Tarsīl (Dispatchment): Distribution of Jamā‘at literature, establishment of book depots and libraries.

  15. Wakālat Ṣan‘at-o-Tijārat (Industry and Trade): industry and trade matters
  16. Wakālat Zirā‘at (Agriculture): agriculture
  17. Majlis Nuṣrat Jahān: educational institutions, hospitals and clinics in Africa
