Secretary Wasaya is Incharge of the Wasaya department within the administrative system of Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya. 

Secretary Wasaya educates members of the Jamaat concerning the institution of Wasiyyat, and endeavours to make sure that the maximum number of members of the Jamaat join the system of Wasiyyat. They also educate Musis (members of the institution of Wasiyyat) regarding Wasiyyat rules, and maintain an up-to-date list of all the Musis living in their jurisdiction, and collects their Chandas.
