Soba Zood-Nawisi is a department for scribing the Friday sermons and speeches of Hazrat Khalifatul Masih, which was established in 1945. Maulana Muhammad Yaqub Tahir was appointed as  its in-charge. 

Most of the Friday Sermons and speeches of the early years of Khilafat-e-Ahmadiyya were scribed by Khawaja Ghulam Nabi Bilanwi (former editor Al Fazl), and then from 1931 onwards, Maulana Muhammad Yaqub Tahir fulfilled this responsibility. 

Some others who also scribed the sermons, included Sheikh Rahmatullah Shakir, Chaudhry Abdul Majeed B.A., Maulvi Muhammad Ismail Dial Garhi, Maulvi Syed Ahmad Ali, Maulvi Abdul Aziz Chak Sikandar, Chaudhry Faiz Ahmad Gujrati, Maulvi Sultan Ahmad Pir Koti, and Abdul Karim.
