During the Majlis-e-Shura of 1956 on the occasion of Jalsa Salana, it was decided  that Majlis Ansarullah should have a flag, and a subcommittee was established. Its members were; Hazrat Mirza Nasir Ahmad (rh), Hazrat Maulana Jalaluddin Shams (ra), Muhammad Shafi of Gujranwala, Chaudhry Sharif Ahmad Bajwa of Lailpur, Mirza Daud Ahmad, and Maulana Abul Ata Jalandhri.

The width of the flag is 5 feet 2 inch and its height is 2 feet 9 ½ inches. It has a white background with a black rectangular-shaped box on the upper right corner. This box is 2 feet 8 inches wide and 1 feet 5 inch high. In the middle of the black part is a white circle. This circle has a diameter of 6 ½ inches.
