The Monthly Khalid of Rabwah is a magazine launched by Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Pakistan in October 1952. Its first editor was Maulvi Ghulam Bari Saif Fazil.
Hazrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmud Ahmad (ra), Khalifatul Masih II, named this magazine ‘Khalid’, to urge the youth of the community to follow the footsteps of Hazrat Khalid (ra) bin Waleed.
Prior to the partition of the Indian Subcontinent, Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya had launched a fortnightly magazine ‘Al-Tariq’, but it could not publish as a regular periodical because it did not get the declaration certificate.
This magazine aims to educate the youth of the community, and to enhance their religious and general knowledge. It serves to call their attention towards their responsibilities.
