Majlis Ṣeḥat was constituted by Ḥaḍrat Khalīfatul Masīḥ III on 3rd March 1972. Its aims and objectives are to promote sports and games among Aḥmadī members, particularly the youth of the community, thereby ensure their physical health and fitness.

In 1983 Ḥaḍrat Khalīfatul Masīḥ IV reorganized Majlis Ṣeḥat and outlined its main objectives.

Its body consists of a president, a secretary, and presidents of various games. Whereas the Executive committee comprises of members from Ṣadr Anjuman Aḥmadiyya, Taḥrīk-i-Jadīd Anjuman Aḥmadiyya, Waqf Jadīd Anjuman Aḥmadiyya, Local Anjuman Aḥmadiyya and all the three auxiliary organisations. All the office bearers of Majlis Ṣeḥat are appointed by Ḥaḍrat Khalīfatul Masīḥ.

Upon launching Majlis-e-Sehat, Hazrat Mirza Nasir Ahmad, Khalifatul Masih III (rh) called attention to several sports and exercises, and the members of the Jamaat participated in this scheme with great passion. In accordance with the instructions of Huzoor (rh), this majlis organised several sports events.

Masroor International Cricket Tournament is an iternational sporting event organised by Majlis-e-Sehat UK. Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad (aa), Khalifatul Masih V, has graciously blessed this tournament many times with his presence during the final matches and the prize distribution ceremonies.
